Special Instructions
For first-time appointments, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete paperwork that helps the therapist understand the best course of treatment for your needs.
For returning clients, please arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment in case you would like to use the restroom or grab a glass of water before your session begins.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to change. To respect the therapists’ time and the appointment reserved for you, 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the originally scheduled service, as providers are compensated based on each service performed.
